Effective date: September 24, 2026 · Applies to the Rellim family of applications, including Rellim OS, PayKonnect, KidKareKonnect, and related childcare and payment services.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the childcare-management and payment software provided by Rellim ("Rellim," "we," "us") to childcare centers, schools, and the families and staff they serve. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. Where a childcare center or school ("your Center") uses our software, we act on that Center's behalf with respect to the information and communications it manages.
Use of the service
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account sign-in details secure.
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only as permitted by your Center.
Access to a child's information, photos, and records is limited to that Center's authorized staff and to the parents/guardians of children in the relevant classroom.
Billing and payments
Tuition, fees, and other charges are set by your Center. Invoices, credits, and payment history are shown in your portal.
Card and bank details are entered directly into our payment processors (Square and Stripe) and are stored by those processors, not by Rellim.
If you enable automatic payments, you authorize your Center to charge the payment method you save for the amounts shown, until you turn automatic payments off or remove the saved method.
SMS Terms & Conditions (text messaging)
Where a Center enables text messaging, Rellim sends account and informational SMS text messages on behalf of that Center to parents and guardians who have opted in.
Program description: By opting in, you agree to receive text messages such as tuition and payment reminders, secure payment links, billing updates, and closure and event announcements.
How to opt in: Check the consent box in the parent portal during enrollment, or sign your Center's enrollment/consent form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on account activity and Center announcements.
Cost:Message and data rates may apply. Rellim and your Center do not charge for the text messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact your Center directly.
Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access, disrupt the service, or use it to send unlawful, harassing, or misleading content.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rellim is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your Center is responsible for the childcare and educational decisions it makes using the service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
